This coffee is grown at Finca Renacer, worked by the Padilla family, in the Huila region of Colombia at 1,800 metres above sea level.
The family is widely recognized for experimental processing. They focus heavily on fruit and exotic co-fermentation (such as wild watermelon, ginger, and fruit-alchemy lots), which involves infusing natural microbes and exotic fruits during a controlled fermentation phase to yield intense, “roaring” flavor profiles
