SCA Barista Skills Foundation Level
The SCA Barista Skills Foundation course is designed for beginners who want to develop essential barista skills and gain a professional understanding of espresso preparation and milk-based beverages.
This course introduces students to espresso extraction, grinder adjustment, milk steaming, workflow organization, equipment handling, and café hygiene practices. Students will learn the fundamentals required to work confidently behind a coffee bar.
The Foundation level focuses on building practical skills, consistency, and confidence in a café environment.
