The AML lot represents the heart of our farmer partnerships in the Haraz region. Sourced from the skilled Al A’amal local farmers, these coffees are grown on small, family-owned plots where generations of knowledge guide every step of cultivation. At JabalBon, we work hand in hand with these farmers, paying well above market prices to reward their dedication and ensure long-term sustainability. Once harvested, the cherries are transported to our own processing facilities, where they undergo careful and precise processing to highlight their unique character. The result is a cup profile that combines the distinctive terroir of Haraz with the expertise of our team rich, nuanced, and deeply rooted in the farmers’ craft.
